Search Engine Optimization in Today's World View Details
Location: Win.Net located at 1048 E. Chestnut St. (Win.Net's entrance is the 2nd door from the left. Parking is fenced and well-lighted.) With the rapid growth of WordPress and other self-managed template-driven web sites, the world of SEO has once again seen significant revisions. As we have discussed, the template driven sites have made building a web site very easy. However, the data base driven sites are not "conceived" using HTML but rather programing using tools such as PHP. Thursday evening we will address the use of "plug-ins" or small apps that one can add to our new sites to address our SEO concerns. If you have a smart phone, you are already familiar with downloadable apps.
Our goal is to address: SEO Plugins URL Parameters Image Tools - image titles & alt tags Internal links We cannot leave the SEO area without discussing site speed. This increasingly important area is now a key area due to the general public's use of large images. Note: We always find time for questions regarding your web site. Hide Details
