Why does my e-mail keeps asking me for a username/password?

In some cases your e-mail program (Thunderbird, Outlook Express, MS Outlook, etc.) can sometimes "forget" your password, prompting it to ask for it.  The password that you put in must correspond with the password that our systems have stored for your e-mail address, otherwise authentication will fail.  Also note, that passwords are always case sensetive so be sure that your CAPS lock key isn't engaged.

If you are typing in the password that you know to be correct, double check your username and verify that it is indeed the full e-mail address.  If it continues to fail, the account may have been disabled on our end for various reasons, including but not limited to: compromised account, suspension, request from the account holder, etc.

If you continue having issues always feel free to give us a call or fill out our Contact Us form and we will be more than happy to assist you.
