What are the e-mail server settings?

We support two types of e-mail: IMAP and POP3.  Regardless of which type you select, always make sure that your username is your full e-mail address, otherwise authentication will fail.  

For server type POP3, use the following settings:

  • Incoming Mail Server: mail.win.net
  • Outgoing Mail Server: mail.win.net
  • Incoming Mail Port: 110
  • Outgoing Mail Port: 587
  • Additional Settings:
    • Enable password authentication on outgoing mail (not SPA)

For server type IMAP, use the following settings:

  • Incoming Mail Server: mail.win.net
  • Outgoing Mail Server: mail.win.net
  • Incoming Mail Port: 143
  • Outgoing Mail Port: 587
  • Additional Settings:
    • Enable password authentication on outgoing mail (not SPA)
